Our Guarantee
At Aether 72, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our Extraits de Parfum. Because our fragrances are hand-blended in small batches and macerated for 28 days, we want you to experience them exactly as intended.
Return Policy
Due to the artisanal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original cellophane packaging.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: The tamper seal must be intact. If the box has been opened or the fragrance has been sprayed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for any fragrance that remains in its original, unopened condition with the cellophane seal intact. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different scent within our collection, please contact us at info@aether72london.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping for Exchanges: For all exchanges that are not due to a product fault, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs. This includes:

The cost of returning the original item to our London studio.

The shipping fee for the new replacement item to be sent to you.
We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once we have received and inspected the returned item and the additional shipping fee has been settled, we will dispatch your new selection.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
